  My class leader

 Christine is my classmate and class leader in Nantai. She always helps everyone in class, so I want to introduce her.

 She lived in the country when she was a child. Until the age of seven, she came to Tainan. She has no brothers and sisters. Because her parents are administrators in school and her family is democratic, she feel free for her learning. She has lived and studied in Tainan for sixteen years. She graduated from Kun Shan University.

 She is interested in playing the piano, studying the mathematics, loving dramas and art. She has a dream. She hopes that she can have an opportunity to work in the theater, play the piano everywhere and be able to join the mathematics competition of world. She also wants to be an English teacher assistant. She is gentle and quiet coping with the features of her starsign, but she has changed very hard for many years, She becomes talkative.

 She is a very warmhearted person. She always takes care of everything in class and helps them enthusiastically. Besides, she teaches us who didn't major in English before. She prints an essay from Chang Chun Teng once a week, explains it and wants us to recite. She has many interests; I hope that her dream will come true.

 I'm gratitude for Christine's help. I think her warmhearted personality traits can bring her good relationship with other people in the future. I think we will study a lot of things from her in the two years.

How to make laver-egg soup

 The laver-egg soup in Taiwan is very common at a meal. Today, I want to teach everybody how to make it.
 First, boil two cups of chicken broth and add salt to taste appropriately. Second, stir in water to a beaten egg and gradually pour it over the boiling bubbles in the broth. Third, throw in some finely chopped grean onions and dried seaweed. Finally, thun off the fire till the seaweeds become soft.

How a breakfast cereal is made.

The wheat is harvested from the field then wheat grain is transported and stored in the silos. In order to be woven into biscuits, the grain is cooked to soften, besides cut and formed into thin strips. Finally, each biscuit is backed until brown and packed ready to be eaten.
